At least four people have died after torrential rains from Tropical Storm Lidia brought major flooding to Mexico's popular Los Cabos beach resort.
With maximum sustained winds of up to 97 kilometers per hour, the storm was projected to move north over a large swath of the Baja California peninsula before turning west toward the Pacific Sunday
