Not since Leicester City's Jamie Vardy has a footballer come along and made such a big impact at an age where most players are winding down their careers.

Step-up Usain Bolt, eight-time Olympic Gold medalist, who has joined Australian league side Central Coast Mariners in a bid to realize his dreams of being a professional footballer.
32 year-old Bolt scored two goals on his first start as his new team defeated MacArthur South West 3-0, including a spectacular left-foot striker from just inside the box after sprinting past a hapless defender and shrugging him off with apparent ease.
Make no mistake about it, Bolt is simply on trial with the A-league team, and, aside from Friday night's performance, nothing prior to it had shown that the Jamaican 100-meter record holder was going to make it past a few trial games.
Indeed, despite a few tricks and flicks for the camera's during his previous trials with Manchester United and Borrusia Dortmund, his appearances were little more than a publicity stunt.
His two goals for the Mariners, however - who also boast former Aston Villa striker Ross McCormack in their strike force - could just be a sign that Bolt can achieve his dream through hard work, perserverance, and a deadly left peg.
