The semi-finals of the Confederations Cup are set, after Germany cruised to 3-1 win over Cameroon and Chile drew with Australia, 1-1.
RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner scored twice, putting him at the top of tournament scorers table with 4 goals, while Kerem Demirbay added another to send the for German side to their second semi-final.

South American champions Chile struggled against the Socceroos, with James Troisi chipping a ball over Claudio Bravo before the half to put Australia up by one. Substitute Martin Rodriguez leveled the game at 1-1 at the 67th minute, securing Chile's place in the second round.
"We did not have the precision of other matches ... but we are satisfied with having fulfilled the first objective of this championship," said Chilean national team coach Juan Antonio Pizzi.
The 10th FIFA Confederations Cup, being held in Russia, from June to July 2, 1s a prelude to the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The matches are being played in four different stadiums across four cities - Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Kazan, and Sochi - and feature hosts Russia along with the six winners of the FIFA confederation championships and the 2014 FIFA World Cup champions, Germany.
The World Cup winners will face a rejuvenated Mexican squad on Thursday, while two-time Copa America champions Chile will battle Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal on Wednesday.
Mexico beat hosts Russia 2-1 in Kazan to take them through to the semi-finals, while Portugal topped Group A and joined the Mexicans after beating last-place New Zealand in St. Petersburg.
